Hi guys,

The only way I'd risk life and limb to go shopping in Northern Virginia on Black Friday is if Jody runs interference for me!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)

If Jody didn't have a new Honey or Grandbaby she might just do that...LOL

I just like the fun of it all.  We will probably go to the Christmas Parade in the morning and then head for the mall.  My DD said she wasn't taking her little one this year because it was just to hard to get the stroller's through the crowd so after the parade we will probably drop her off at her other grandmas.

Interesting day. I had errands and had to shop for T'giving dishes. I got all the way to the store before I realized I had left my food bag home and all my drinks I take everywhere and my vitamins I take everywhere. Yikes!

Several times I meant to buy some jerky or nut etc,but I wasn't hungry so i kept forgetting. finally remembered to buy a drink and about 300 pm I rooted around in my shopping and the only think I had to eat in there was broccoli so I tore off a stalk of that and ate it,lol.

it's been a long time since I forgot my food. And GAH NO I'm not going shopping on Black Friday are ya'll out of you ever lovin' minds,LOL. Have fun though. Son will be here from Wyoming so we will have fun whatever we do...

I love black friday but this year I have a very tight budget since I just paid for my sleeve and cleared out my savings.  I'm scoping out the ads and just choosing 1 or 2 things to get.


B: 1/4 cup of cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup of SF applesause
S: 8 oz Mango juice (homemade from natural fruit and tons of water)
L: 6 oz Chicken soup (chiken, peas, little bit of noodles) 
S: 8 oz Mango juice (homemade from natural fruit and tons of water)
D: 8 oz of blended vegetable soup

Water: im having  a really hard time getting more than 24oz of water a day that is why I am having the juice as my sancks so I cant count them as part of my water intake. Total 40oz still low. dont know what else to do. 

Vitamins:done

im not that great at counting the carbs and protein yet. I have to work on that.

That's too bad that you had to be self pay but I'm sure you'll feel it is worth the extra sacrifice.

You might want to try putting your menus on dailyplate.com, fitday.com or the OH site.  You can enter your own foods or use their data base.  All of the sites figure out your Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fats.  They should give you a percentage for each too.  I'm guessing your carbs are pretty high with all of the fruit, vegetables, and noodles.  Maybe you should try Crystal Lite instead of the fruit juice.  That would also cut down on your sugar.
