Black Friday - I don't know what I'm doing. Tom is hunting that day, my daughter won't be here until later in the day... so I may work - lol.. I just made myself laugh! I must be kidding myself.... In the past my DD and I did the Black Friday thing... I'm waiting for the ads to see what they can try and lure me to buy to endure early morning cold and crowds.... but even if I don't do that, it will be a good day to clean the house... oh - I get to babysit that afternoon/evening too - WOOHOO!!
B - 2 1/2 protein coffees (got a bigger coffee cup - lol)
L - the rest of my bean stew (not a lot left)
S - greek yogurt cheesecake
D - 3 chicken wings and some tortilla chips (went out to Mexican restaurant)

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

The scale is back up 2 pounds today, so maybe I am balancing out. I have not eaten bad and I worked out hard all weekend, so there is no reason I should have gained, but I'm ok with it. I fell down the stairs yesterday carrying laundry up, and I am bruised and sore, so no work out today!

It doesn't take much to gain 2 pounds. I always bounce back and forth between 2 pounds.

DD, DIL and I are going shopping Friday, but not too early. I don't do a lot of shopping on that day, just like to go and watch people and see if I find anything really good.

Thanksgiving, DH and DS are going to Atlanta to DH's family. I stay home to tend the animals (on purpose, I love having the house to myself). A friend and I are going to cook salmon and broccali from my garden. Russ will bring back all kinds of wonderful tasting, horrible for you food from Atlanta that he will have to eat quickly and get it out of here.
