Hi everyone! Hope the weekend is going well. I just got done putting up my Christmas tree and decorations. I usually do it the day after Thanksgiving, but Friday is going to be hectic this year.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: protein coffee, snap peas
L: stuffed salmon, snap peas
S: carbmaster yogurt w/kashi, carrots
D: 2-3oz pork tenderloin, 1/4C peas, 1/4C stuffing
S: RF wheat thins, 1oz cheese, skinny cow ice cream sandwich
S: baked acorn squash

Cal: 1601, Fat: 34, Carb: 181, Prot: 157
Water: 100oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 90 minutes intervals on treadmill, usual floor exercises
(plus I haven't sat down yet today until now-cleaning, decorating, cooking, etc.)

I'm late posting.  Trying to catch up on all the posts since Friday night.  I had both DGD's this weekend so no time to get on line.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy navel protein drink
L:  Salad w/ ham & vineg dressing
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Sugar Free Cake from recipe I found on line has Greek yogurt, cool whip, sf/ff chocolate pudding - it is really good but I don't have the totals for it and I think it has too much sugar in it.
D:  Ham sandwich on this new bread I'm trying it is called Very Thin Whole Wheat it is like one slice cut into 3rds no much to it.

Hey all,
Went to the assisted living facility where my dad lives for thanksgiving dinner with him.
was a nice visit and a suprisingly edible dinner

B teras whey choc protein shake,almond milk

S nothing

Lunch Turkey/gravy about 3 ounces deessing ,several bites of sweet potato casserole,several small samples of 3 different desserts

S peanuts
Dinner spinach cheddar quiche

S omelet with cheese turkey

S cashews

Cals 116
Pro 73.8
Carbs 83.3

fluids 72 and drinking

Hi --
     I usually do all my diet log stuff on Spark People where it tells me my nutrients and calories... but I can at least wrote what I ate here...:

b)  1 1/2 oz lean roast beef, 1 wedge laughing cow lite cheese
l)   5 oz hot and sour soup
s)  1 1/2 slices turkey bacon, (1 h later) 12 oz herbal tea with 1 T half and half
d)  2 oz b/s chicken thigh, 1 T rf cheese, and chili verde sauce (YUM)
s)  protein hot chocolate (28 g)

587 cal/72 g prot

worked out on treadmill and with weights at the Y for 50 mins with a pretty decent intensity.
