I got up early to get to the grocery store before it got busy and I've been on the LW Board for hours....LOL.     DH is Bear Hunting so I'm going to do some ME things today like get my nails done and going to the mall with my DD and DGD. We went to see Santa last night and the little ones sat on his lap but wouldn't look at him.  My DGD thought she was getting presents from him right away and she was really disappointed.

Good morning! The granddaughters spent the night, and having fun with them this morning. Its so good to see my son. Its  been a while.

Here's a recap of the day.

Protein coffee

melba toast with cottage cheese
brown rice/black beans w/ avocado, olives, tomatoes
tortilla chips
starbucks grande skinny gingerbread
glass of wine
(yeah, lots of carbs....not much protein....I will do better tomorrow.)

Ran 11 miles this morning up in the mountains by a beautiful lake.

Vitamins -- doing okay!

Water -- doing okay, but should have had a bit more.
