Hello All- New to this forum- 17 days post op
Hello All,
This is my first time posting in this forum. I have been on the VSG forum for a little over a month but I guess since I started this journey just below 200 pounds, I can be considered a lightweight...........only on this site. I don't even feel right saying it myself I'm 27 yrs old. Live in Miami. Married , no children. 5ft tall. Starting weight 190 (probably 195 as I didn't have a pre op diet and ate EVERYTHING i wanted before the surgery) . Lost 18.6 ounds so far yey!!!!!
Anyway, yesterday I posted my 16 day update on my profile, I'm waiting until I complete my first month to upload a post op picture. I know first hand how helpful everyones profiles and pictures were for me when I was considering this surgery and quietly browsed through this site for months.
I am super excited to be on the loosers bench and being a part of this community.

Welcome!
You are off to a great start - almost 19 pounds down! Doesn't that feel great? I know that all of the information, sharing and support from the LW board have helped me tremendously. I have learned so much from everyone here and I visit every day - multiple times! I may not always post here, but I am always reading, trying to learn more and keep this tool working for me. I look forward to hearing more from you!
