I don't seem to be very hungry today, in fact not at all right now.
B. 3 oz rotisserie chicken after my morning walk
L. A few samples at costco - maybe this why not hungry? It wasn't much food.
S. Protein hot cocoa @ 3pm
D. Going to the movies, stuck two things in my purse along with something to drink. Nothing sounds good so taking a protein bar and a 1 oz bag of protein pretzels with me. Maybe one of the two will ring my bell during the movie. Both are a treat, but nothing sounds appealing right now. I won't be home till 9:30 so thought I should at least be prepared.
Fluids are bad today because can't get them in. Didn't take my multi because I often heave it back up and right now I know it would. I'll try tonight or wait until morning.
