My protein coffee clumped today - don't know what I did wrong.
B - 1 protein coffee (through the chunks) poured the rest out
L - leftover mexican bean soup
S - double protein drink
D - going out - but will be protein based

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I've got to go to the store sometime this weekend. DGD#1 is spending the night tonight and then DGD#2 is coming over tomorrow to play. I guess that leaves Sunday afternoon for the grocery store!

Dr Oz (who I love) is a big fan of all squa**** is so good for you. I eat raw zucchini and yellow squash almost daily, but this was a great treat!
