WOW...November is almost over!  How can that be???  I got my Thanksgiving turkey and most of my groceries.  I forgot to get the ingrediants for my Yams so that means another trip to the grocery store.  The stores are CRAZY right now!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  I'm leaving work early today - have some things to do at the house then spending the afternoon and going out this evening with the boyfriend. 
My protein coffee clumped today  - don't know what I did wrong. 

B - 1 protein coffee (through the chunks)  poured the rest out
L - leftover mexican bean soup
S - double protein drink
D - going out - but will be protein based

Water:  will be low...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Hi Roz,
I've got to go to the store sometime this weekend.  DGD#1 is spending the night tonight and then DGD#2 is coming over tomorrow to play.  I guess that leaves Sunday afternoon for the grocery store!
Here's today's plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Deli Ham and Sliced Cheese, 1 tbls lite mayo
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Boiled Pork Chop, 1/4 baked potato

I just got home from the store too. I'm doing my normal Saturday shopping with my mom tomorrow, but went to Aldi to get most of the Thanksgiving supplies I needed today to get it out of the way.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: 1 protein coffee, 3/4 C carrots
L: 3oz cod, 1C zucchini
S: special K protein bar
S: carbmaster yogurt, celery w/pb2
D: 2oz pork chop, 1/4C veggies
S: 1.5C acorn squash w/splenda brown sugar, pie spice and walnuts

Cal: 1664, Fat: 51, Carb: 160, Prot: 147
Water: 88oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 90 minute run, 200 crunches, 30 real push-ups, plank

It was sooo good! I couldn't eat as much as I had planned ahead though. We diced it up raw, then sprinkled with splenda, splenda brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then mixed in the walnuts. I baked it at 375 for about 45 minutes. It tasted like caramel.

Dr Oz (who I love) is a big fan of all squa**** is so good for you. I eat raw zucchini and yellow squash almost daily, but this was a great treat!
