Wendy, if you like chocolate pudding, I have one to recommend.  I eat it for breakfast, even now at 9 months out.  It's a Vitamin Shoppe product but I order it on Amazon so that it gets delivered.

It's called:

Bodytech Dutch Chocolate Protein Pudding.  3 grams of carbs and 25 protein, I think 140 calories.  I mix it with 4 oz unsweetened organic soymilk (4 protein, 2 or 3 carbs) and 2 oz water.  It comes in single package servings.  I whisp it in a bowl, then put into the fridge for a little while to chill it.  You can add a little milk on top and stir it in when you eat it.

It's very filling and high protein.  Goes down very easy.

Wonderful news, you ended up with the surgery you wanted and kept the date too.  Can't get much better than that.

Congrats!!!!   I am so EXCITED for you......... (I wonder if this counts as exercise)...LOL

It will be hard to find anything without any sugar alcohols. The sugar alcohols are from the artificial sweetner.   I was very sensitive to them but 2 shouldn't bother you at all.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Thanks. I never knew about sugar alcohol, but in nutrition class, they stressed to watch for them on labels. It gets confusing. I have to learn how to add the darling cartoons to my posts, and finally a ticker. Yeah!

Congratulations!!! Sugar shouldn't really bother you with the sleeve, but still try to avoid it because of carbs during your losing phase.

Thanks. I am determined to be compliant and lose as much as I can. Sugar is one of my triggers, so will handle with extreme care.
