Now that it's getting cold, I'm going to have to make a big pot of bean soup. My DH will eat a couple bowls of it and the rest will go into the freezer for my lunches. Lots of Good Protein!

I've been lowering my carbs this week to see if I can get the scale moving, so I'll post for accountability and to keep myself on track. Yesterday calories were 1000 so today a iittle lower to keep changing it up.
B. Protein pudding w/soy milk = 30 grams
S. Nectar twisted cherry - 23 grams
L. 3 oz burger w/sargento jalapeno cheese - 25 grams
D. 2 baby back ribs - 18 grams
1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese - 7 grams

Thanks Roz. I think that at 9 months out I need to up my totals. I know that so many Sleevers stay at 600-800 until goal but I haven't had any luck with that. I've been losing a pound and staying there for two weeks with that calorie range. So my new strategy is more calories, more protein and less carbs. I'm not worrying about the fat. I'm eating beef which is fattier and will keep me satisfied longer between meals, but I think the fat content is what helps with that. I'm still at around 30% fat so not worried about it.
I always appreciate your support and non-judgement as I experiment to find my way with all this. My body just seems to be a little unique. hehehe....
