S: skinny cow ice cream sandwich, RF wheat thins, cheese
Cal: 1335 (too low, gotta add something), Fat: 24, Carb: 174, Prot: 114
Vitamins: Done, Water: 80oz so far
Exercise: 60minutes power walk on treadmill, few crunches (took it easy today)

Well, I had a snack attack again and then remembered reading the post the other night about "volume" eating...well, I am wondering if I need to get back on the PPI's...I do not "feel" hunger really but can so relate to the urge to volume eat...that might be the root to MY munchie monster...
Anywhoo...last night for dinner I made this...
Thanks to Jody and her post about the bean soup...well, I ended up making a pulled pork bean chili stew kinda thing. It is yummy and a rave at home and work. While ya'll drool...lol here's my menu today
B - Protein coffee (48g & 228 cal)
S - Biscotti (3g & 150 cal) - ya I know...
L - Pork Chili pic above (1cup serving size and unknow cal value)
S - Protein bar (20g & 170 cal)
D - Sirloin steak w/veggies
S - protein hot chocolate (24g & 164 cal)
Protein: 95g w/o totals for L & D (goal 100+g)
Calories: 712 w/o totals for L & D (1000 ish goal)
Vits: all done except tonights batch
Water: 46 oz down with 96 oz goal
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
