Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

L - rest of my soup from yesterday (really a mid-morning snack)
S - double protein drink (really lunch)
S - skinny cinnamon chocolate latte (too rich)...
S - small bag of chex mix from the machine - made me feel yucky... (think it was the combo of the chex mix and latte)
D - going out for sushi with my new honey
Vits: Will take them when I get home
Water: doing ok

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Today's going to be an odd day for me regarding eating. No totals because I'm going out for lunch and eating at the board meeting tonight. Last board meeting of the year hopefully!!
I had to call my surgeon's nurse because my pouch has been acting up again and I'm back on the Carafate. She is suppose to call me back tomorrow and let me know if maybe I should be taking something every day. I ate a lot of spicy food this weekend and week with tomatoes and I think that got it irritated. I hope she doesn't tell me to lay off the decaf coffee!!
Here's today's plan:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: 1/2 cheeseburger(no bun), couple of home made potato chips
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Roast Beef & other things they fix to go with it tonight.
S: Probably not one will be late when I get home.
Protein: I should have atleast 90 grams or more.
Water: Will have atleast 100 ozs
