Good morning LW's....

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Feels great to be back in a semi-normal routine again. Tonight I may skip out and have a date night with the DH. But if we postpone our date night based on his work schedule...then I'll just go do cardio tonight. Elliptical or treadmill...
I like the quote above...I know what lies behind me...what lies before me seems to be a huge challenge BUT what lies WITHIN me is what holds me up and moves me forward.

What are your plans today?

Have an awesome day!!!

I took it easy today...the hip was bugging me. Took a 60 minute power walk on the treadmill and did a few crunches. I'll work out hard tomorrow if my hip feels better. I'm off school for over a week, so if I get a little off my normal schedule, it's cool.

I had a great day.  Started the morning by going to Curves then after lunch, rode my pony and drove the little one.  It felt great.

Hi lws. Not posting much bc I'm on the road and it's difficult on my phone.

So yesterday I did my run without Shelby, since I'm in Atlanta. However, my friend's dogs followed me for the run. They are country divvies and don't have leashes! I tried to get them to go back home, but they didnt listen!

Anyway, once I stopped worrying about them I had a good run. It's really hilly here, which is good for me since everything is flat at home. And, somehow, the doggies survived.

Today I have a very interesting workout planned, but I'll save that story for when I get home.
