WOW...a whole month...that's great! 

I noticed the other day that you were 98 and now 97.  I would think you would stop soon.  I noticed you incresed your Protein.  Increasing Protein always made me lose.  I'm starting to increase mine today and hoping  to get this extra pound off.   As long as you aren't eating "bad" carbs I'm happy.

Here's my plan for the day. I'm going to do my best to stick to it when I get home from work. Maybe I will ask DH to have dinner ready when I get there so I don't touch the tortilla chips!

Was at a semiar all day so no time to post.  They had a buffett lunch and I had a hard time taking what I could eat (amount) not what I wanted.  I did take a little much but I would have liked to fill my plate and I know I couldn't have eaten all that.  I did take only the meat and cheese and lettuce, tomato, no potato or pasta salad and no brownies and cookies, which really looked wonderful. I did have chocolate calcium chews in my purse so those where desert.

I love buffets because I can take small tastes of a lot of different things.   My calcium chews are my chocolate fix every afternoon.
