School and home have been keeping me way too busy. I've got to finish some things on my huge nutrition project, then I'm officially on Thanksgiving break! Hopefully some much needed rest and time to sit in sweats and veg out on my computer!

I know! I'm trying to stop, but I can only eat so many calories without eating junk food (which I am trying to avoid). So I have added protein coffees and lots of healthy carbs. Some days I eat 1600 calories. It seems like so much, but I am still losing weight. If it doesn't stop I am going to call my dietician again. I've also started taking 3 days off a week from working out. I can't make myself take more off, it has become such an important part of my life!
I think that it might be helpful to speak to your dietician and exercise person. If you are exercising at such a high intensity, you will need more calories, which is difficult to achieve at this point in time. I met a woman who trains for bicycle races, swims, and is into weight lifting. Her caloric intake on her heavy workout days is about 2,000 cal/day. She said that if she didn't exercise, her caloric intake would be about 1500 cal/day. She eats every couple of hours and has to be careful that she doesn't go too low. She is about 5ft and weighs an average of 113-117. If she goes any lower, she said that she looks too scrawny. Her VSG was a little over 2 years ago.
I think I will put in a call to them right now. I definitely don't want to lose any more. I like myself right at 100 though. I don't want to go back up to 115. It's not like I have a size difference between 98 and 100, but when weight drops too low it starts to mess with body function, TOM, etc. I might just have to add more drinking calories. I can't eat much more than I do.
I get 2 days off for Thanksgiving break and I'm super happy about that. I bet you are really looking forward to a break. Then do you get a long Christmas break?
