My modem has been going on and off for two days. I got a new power supply yesterday, seems to be ok now. Makes for a frustrating situation when I have 2 online classes this semester! Then OH has been acting up on top of that.
I never kept a spreadsheet, but I lost 14-15 pounds a month the whole time. I'm keeping very close tabs on my calories (upping good carbs, etc.) these days, because I am still slowly losing (down to 98 pounds now) and I don't want to lose any more. I'm still on the low end of healthy, but if I lost 3 more pounds I would be underweight.

I lost weight pretty fast in the beginning. I had lost 100 lbs by my 5th month. Then things started slowing down. I lost 18 additional pounds over a 3 month period. Im beginning to think its going to take another 3 months to loose these last 5/6 lbs sighhhhhhhh! Also my weight loss was different as I didnt steadily loose weight each week like most do. I lost my weight in chunks. I wouldnt loose anything for a week or so, then all of a sudden I would drop 5-7 lbs. Cindy
Morning Gina & everyone.
Here is my chart.
I usually weigh everyday but only record once a month.
I was 54 when I had surgery(turned 55 two weeks later)
I am 5' 1 1/2" tall.

Good Morning!
Great question for me today. I think I'm definitely the slowest loser but also a very determined loser. Today is my 9 month surgiversary. Hard to believe that it's gone so quickly and that I'm still so fat. I really believed that I would be at goal by now. It seems like I work so darn hard for those 4 pounds a month that are coming off. I didn't think I'd have to plan every single calorie so carefully. I go to my WLS support group weekly, I go to Weigh****chers weekly for accountablity on the scale to prepare me for when I get to maintenance. My WW lifetime goal is 146 pounds and I'll get there which will be a 1st for me. Still hard to believe that I'm in numbers that start with 1xx instead of the close to 40 years I spent in the 2xx's. I guess I must still have a few lessons to learn along the way that will assist me with maintenance. I'm feeling good about how I look in clothes and how I feel about myself, so what's to complain about? I'll get where I'm going when I'm supposed to be there.

Good morning and great topic! I did not keep a spread sheet or anything...I guess I could go back in and make one but I won't...I know that I posted my loss on my profile on my updates...but...
Anywhoo...I am a SLOW loser. The first month post op was probably the quickest ~ maybe 10 lb loss but I consistently lose slowly...at a 'non-op' rate I would say.
I must say this last 5 lb's ish is soooooooo sloooooow!!
