Fitness Challenge - November 16

today i was busy with my oldest brother. hes hearing impaired with a ****lear implant. i am his care taker as well as his ears for when he has dr appts etc. today was a visit to the social security office for his annual review.
then after he left my home, i had a black out all the lights went out in my complex . it was just one thing after another. my son from manhatten came to visit me he wasnt feeling good , so i made a pot of chicken soup . time just flew today....
i will make up for it tomorrow
