Good morning LW's...how are you doing today?

I am feeling better for the most part. I thought a lot about all the wonderful advice regarding my DS1. I feel like I am in a better coping place. So, I thought I would start off each day with a motivational quote. I put this out there for all of us to read and be inspired to inspire and help others. Here's the quote:

"Running long and hard is an ideal antidepressant, since it's hard to run and feel sorry for yourself at the same time. Also, there are those hours of clearheadedness that follow a long run."  -  Monte Davis

I didn't make it to the gym last night due to errands BUT my DH and I have planned out our visit today and he is my workout partner for weights. He's going to do total body and I'll work on upper body and cardio.

What are your plans today?

Whatever you are doing for fitness...have fun stay safe and warm

I'm doing great! I have a huge project to do for school, but I'm playing on here instead.

I did a killer work out today. I've been taking the 3 days off a week, so the days I do workout, it's hard core. I know the calorie burn that the treadmill says is not accurate, but I use it to compare my workouts. Today it said I burned 1650 calories...so that's a lot more than usual. I went hard.

60 minute power walk on a mid incline
200 crunches, 30 push-ups, plank
75 minute interval up and down incline, run/jog/power walk
stretches, 30 push-ups, 2nd plank

I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow, but it's my 2nd day off for the week, so I'll have time to recover.

Yay you!!! That's awesome. I love playing with the incline on the treadmill. Never under estimtae the power of that incline.

Great core workout and intervals. I bet you'll feel it for sure.

Awesome job...

Going great today so far so good! Love the quote btw......

My step DD#1 and I plan on doing Zumba tonight after dinner.  Should be fun....and or hilarious to watch.  Maybe I will make a YouTube video and post for yall to watch?

I might take the 2 littles ones on a walk around the neighbor this afternoon.  Fresh air helps my energy levels for some reason? The fall weather here in East Texas is beautiful

Peace <3 and WLS!

I love that quote -- I'm stealing it!

This morning, I hit the track for running intervals. 3 miles of sprint/jog.

So far so good with my week's plan.

Today Shelby and I ran.  I woke up and was worried that it would be raining too much, but we found a great window of time when it wasn't and filled it with a nice, sprinty run.

Last night's ballet class had me a bit sore, but we made it.

I felt a bit tired during the run - never quite got to the endorphin burn.  I don't like it when that happens, but oh well, at least I did it!  (We did it.)

I'm feeling guilty for not exercising tonight. Not sure why, since I already worked out.  I just want to go to a dance class and I can't.  We have a finance meeting tonight and we're welcoming newcomers, too, at a dinner.  In other words, I'm already scheduled to be 2 places at once.  So I need to get over my guilt before it has me retaining water or something! ;)

Hope yall are having a great day!

In comparison to all ya'lls miles, sounds pretty whimpy but I did make it to curves, 2 days in a row.  Can't go tomorrow cause I am in meetings all day.
