I'm still up 2 pounds...crap!  My clothes still fit good but I can't let that stop me from getting these pounds off!!!!!!

Good morning Roz and everyone!! 

I am so proud to say that I stayed on track yesterday 100% with what I planned. How freakin' cool is that? I actually had to struggle to get the last protein shake in. I packed my food for today last night and feel pretty good about sticking to plan, although, the chocolate biscotti flirted it's way into my pouch when I got a  at Starbucks. Heh...I'll work that bad boy off later...

B - Protein Peppermint Coffee (48g & 228 cal)
S - Chocolate biscotti (3g & 150 cal)
S - 4oz cottage cheese topped w/1/4 cup blueberries (13g & 80 cal)
L - shredded cabbage topped with cheese stick and 2 1/2 oz of turkey patrami diced w/light asian dressing (17g & 190 cal)
S - apple slices topped w/cinnamon and splenda
D - 3oz pulled pork tenderloin w/bbq sauce (24g & 182 cal) w/veggies
S - Protein hot chocolate (27g & 164 cal)

Protein: 131g (goal 100+)
Calories: 1008 (goal 1000'ish)

Vitamins: morning batch done
Water: will begin after
Miles: gym routine planned

Hey everyone!  My scale was still up today too....  I'm fighting the "go out to eat" demon...

B - 2 protein coffees and a few regular ones thrown in for good measure
L - greek yogurt cheesecake
S - double protein drink
D - a soup that's quite thick - need to stop at the store and buy the ingredients, but they are: 

A can of fiesta corn - drained (regular corn if you can't find fiesta)
A can of black beans drained and rinsed
A can of refried beans (can use fat free too)
chicken cut up and cooked
salsa

Mix together and heat.  I don't know how much salsa, but the one I ate had very chunky salsa in it.  Was thick and OH SO GOOD! It would make a perfect "bring to work" lunch.

Vits: yes
Water:  will do better

Good morning! For some reason, I hit an all-time low today of 98 pounds...I don't want to lose more weight, yesterday was a day off working out, and I had quite a few bites of the pumpkin desserts I have been making to test for Thanksgiving. So, I upped the calories again today. We'll see. I don't want to gain and I don't want to lose.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
     1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: Coffee w/4tbs FF Vanilla creamer
     3/4C carrots
L: 2oz scallops, 1C cucumber, celery w/2tbs PB2
S: Carbmaster yogurt w/1C Kashi cereal, 14 RF Wheat Thins
D: Taco salad (2oz meat,1/4C ff cheese, 2tbs beans,2tbs corn, 1C lettuce, 3tbs tomato, 3tbs salsa, 2tbs greek yogurt, .5oz spanish rice, .5oz corn chips)
S: Skinny cow ice cream sandwich, 1 slice pumpkin cake

Cal: 1558, Fat: 24, Carb: 208, Prot: 136
Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 60minute walk on treadmill (brisk pace, mid-incline), regular floor exercises, went back for 75 minutes of running intervals, 2nd round of floor exercises

Hi Roz and everyone.

Are you drinking your water????  I let mine slide some last week and had a small gain, when I picked it back up it came right back off.

Another meeting today, this one should be a good one.  Last night went better than I expected and am glad it is over.  Thursday will hopefully be the last one until January!!

I had to go home this afternoon and get the Carafate.  My pouch was hurting so bad.  Must be the chili, Mexican Meatloaf and Swiss Steak I've been eating and the stress!!  Feels much better after take it 3 times.
