Any tips for those last 5 lbs?

Girl I could have written this as well! that last stupid 5-7lbs ARGH!!! I did drop down to 161 for a couple of days and then popped back up to 163...my goal for myself is 150-155, so it's very frustrating to have stayed the same weight for 4 months! I would definitely listen to the advice from the above posters, they are always so helpful and SO RIGHT!!! I like Jody found I was still trying to eat every 3 hours...once I logged my food again, I saw I was getting too many calories in per day...so once TOM is gone, I'm going to be doing what Jody and Gina recommend above and see if that gets the last stubborn lbs to flee!

You must have wrote this post for me! LOL  I'm also needing to drop the last "10 pounds" and they are taking forever!!!!!  Ugh!

I know I eat to many carbs, fat and dont drink enough water.  I'm not being a very good "pouch" girl.  I need a swift kick in the rear.
