We had an AWESOME weekend at the Cheer Comp. Our Girls Won the WOW Award, Grand Champion and A Full Paid Bid to the All-Star Worlds worth $25,000.00. We are the first Pennsylvania Team to ever Win a Full Paid Bid.

On a personal Note...I am up 2 lbs.!!!!! I've got to get back to basics.Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.
I think the Halloween Candy and the work party last week has finally caught
up with me. I've been eating way more sugar than I should be.

Congrats on the wins!! That is awesome. That snacking sure can creep up on us big time huh. You'll so be able to get the 2lbs off fast. I was very proud of myself that I had all my meals prepped for today last night all before 8pm. I was like...who am I today?? lol Anyways, here is what I have planned for today...
B - Protein Gingerbread latte (48g & 228 cal)
S - 4oz cottage cheese (13g & 80 cal) + 1/2 apple sprinkled with splenda/cinnamon
L - sardine salad (15g & 120 cal) + triscuits (3g & 120 cal)
S - 1/2 apple sprinkled w/splenda/cinnamon
S - triscuits (3g & 120 cal)
D - Shrimp toss (23g & 120 cal)
S - Protein hot chocolate latte (27g & 164 cal)
Protein: 129g (100+ goal) = goal met!!
Calories: 952 (1000ish goal) = under goal!!! Whoo hoo
Vitamins: Done
Water: Did pretty damned good...128oz down today. Yes...I PEED A LOT!!

Ok, So...my sardine salad is a can of boneless skinless (this is VERY important to me to be boneless and skinless) sardines. Reese's is the brand I get because for 3 whole sardines (they are very small) is low cal and high in protein. I flake up the fillets (after draining real well) and toss in chopped dill pickle slices/spear or add relish (light amount). Then I add some red bell peppers, green onions, and sometimes brocolli slaw. I do not like mayo or creamy stuff in tuna like I did preop so I use vinegrettes or sometimes just dry seasoning. Today I used some green salsa and added hot sauce. Once I used balsamic vinegrette dressing...all light of course. I think i posted a pic on my profile under food *****nce...it doesn't look or taste scary...I bet you'd like it the way I make it. My DH and DS2 are very vocal in if a food i make is gross or not. Once I slipped in sardines instead of tuna...made a sammy for DS2 and he knew no better...

Right now I'm eating Pure Protein because that was what I could get cheap at walmart. My favorite is Oh Yeah. Our nut gave us a list of approved ones and then what to look for in others that were not on the list. We must have, oh dear, can't find the list. It was something like less than 220 calories, 7gm of fat, 8gm of sugar, at least 15gm of protein. At 8 weeks, we can have 1/2 bar, 2x a day.
