I hear that, Diana.  I tend to be good at working out in spurts.  If I'm motivated to meet a goal (like, right now, packing in as much WL as possible while my restriction/malabsorption are supporting that) then I do better.  So I don't know what will work for me once I reach the point you're at. I should really be asking you that question!

The thing that gets to me run on Tuesday mornings, for example, is just that I say to myself:  "this is what I do on Tuesdays."  It's weird but it works.  The thing that gets me to dance is that I love to dance.  That's easy. 

I think there may be something to that.  To exercising in ways that we actually enjoy.  I run because it's free, and it's what the skinny girls all do.  :)  I dance because I love it.  

Is there something like that for you?

Meanwhile, today was a "day of rest" (i.e. my busiest day of work).  No workouts on Sundays for me, usually.
