Holliday Challenge - Week of November 14th
Hi Lee,
Posted a response yesterday, but I see it's not here, so I'll go again.
1. I lost 2 lbs!! this week, busted my stall, down to 165 this a.m. Would like to weigh 160-154 by 12/27, my birthday. I am beginning to believe I can make the 160!!
2. Challenges last week: out of town for 4 day bridge tournament...resisted all the sweet goodies the host club provided. Did not overeat and made fairly good choices eating out.
3. Challenges this week: moved to new office building, no cafeteria. Taco Bell next door on one side, Krystal Burger on the other, but across the street there is a country cooking type place with meats and veggies. I ate there yesterday, only half portions, will eat the rest of it today. It is a bit pricey, so I may have to start taking my lunches again, ugh!! I got so tired of 1/2 sandwich, a piece of fruit and carrot sticks. We'll see how it goes this week. Just not sure I want to spend $200+ a month on lunches!!!
4. I am feeling proud of myself for coming this far, sticking to "my" program. I could sure do better, but I am happy with what I am doing.
You are sounding good, Lee. Have a good week!!
