Thanks Gina...I'm about done with this vicious cycle. I may have to post a separate post for some therapy and feedback from my therapists....that's all of ya'll....lol 

The popcorn was so good and the movie was funny. Right now I'm at Starbucks for my afternoon latte therapy. Skinny Vanilla latte to be precise!!

Weird day for eating.

Protein coffee
Costco samples
Leftover ham while making kids sandwiches
spoonful of peanut butter
3 triscuits dipped in spinach dip
5-6 mini rice cakes (caramel flavor)
Nectar protein drink

It's 4:30 p.m. here right now. I need to eat something normal and healthy for dinner. I have a long run in the morning.

40 minutes on the elliptical. Worked up a good sweat.

VITS/WATER
Trying....kind of a slacker today.

Looks like you should be good. I see 50 - 60 grams of protein already. Don't know how to count the carbs but I'm sure you're burning them off with all the running.

No prob,Gina,better late than not at all

had an unexpected and delightful visit from the grandboys today. We rode their pony and fed the chickens and collected 3 eggs,two blue and one brown.

We played with some new toys we had gotten them at a consignment sale and had hot dogs on the grill for lunch! Great day and the weather was beautiful!

Sounds like an awesome day with the little boys. Nice protein numbers and the carbs were all complex carbs. Get on those vitamins!
