I'm glad there isn't something wrong with Roz.  I was worried about her. 
We all screw up from time to time so this was yours.  We will all survive.
Sounds like a great lunch at Red Lobster.

She's fine and dandy--had fun with the grandkids today. Tomorrow she's off to cheer competitions. Busy, busy, busy. lol

Red Lobster was pretty good. I haven't had crab legs in a long time and they are so WLS friendly. Don't you just love the protein grams in scallops? Looks like you had a good day.

The frozen scallops are so easy, takes no time and so good.

I was "downstate" for my parents' anniversary and dads' birthday and got back yesterday afternoon, then had a date. Cleaned house today, another date tonight. Drove downstate a couple of times last week... life's been busy (had my scar revision).

This week will be back to normal.

Just got back from having some more Christmas pictures of both DGD's made.  I guess my exercise was chasing them around the yard where the pictures were taken.

Well, I have been a very very bad girl today. I did great to start off...then we went to the movies and ehem, I had me LOTS of popcorn cuz I drank my water with it...oh my goodness who the hell was I today. I'm a mess stress wise again so I am trying not to succumb to the crazy person it makes me...

Okee...so what I have had so far is...

B - Protein coffee (24g & 114 cal)
S - 2 egg whites and 2 slices of bacon (17g & ?? cal)
S - Um, popcorn and prob not as much I thought but I am sure it was much more than EVER needed
L - Protein Bar (20g & 170 cal)

Protein: 61g w/o rest of day
Calories: 484 w/o rest of day

Vitamins: on track
Water: 64 oz down and doing great trying to chase away the popcorn...lol 

That's it guys...I'm trying...
