L - Brunch at PJ Skadoos--involved grits, link sausage, western omelet and 1/4 waffle

Okee...this is what I can promise so far today. The rest I'll try to be a good good girl 

B - Protein coffee double batch (48g & 228 cal)
S - egg white omelet with 2 slices bacon (12g & 120 cal)
L - Venti Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte (15g & 160 cal)
D - chicken tenders w/lettuce and black beans (14g & 370 cal)
S - Protein hot cocoa (27g & 164 cal)

Protein: 116g (100g goal)
Calorie: 1044 (1000 goal)

Vitamins: all caught up on the vits
Water: will start after  didn't do so well on the h2o
Miles: maybe go to the gym ~ no gym but did laps at the super wally world...lol

Here's todays plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Homemade Chili, 1/2 oz 2% Velveeta Cheese, 2 saltine crackers
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp sf/ff Cheesecake pudding mix, 1/3 cup NSA Cherry Pie Filling, 4 tbls lite cool whip
S:  1/2 cup chili, 1/2 oz 2% Velveeta Cheese, 2 saltine crackers

I was going to make a pot of White Chicken Chili, but DH wanted regular chili.  I love to eat a small Wendy's chili so I was pretty shocked when I calculated 1/2 cup of homemade chili and looked at the difference in the stats.  Mine is a lot less calories, fat and more protein.

Calories 924, Carbs 68, Fat 23, Protein 138
Water: 80 ozs
Miles:  None

My homemade chili 1/2 cup (1 pound 93/7 ground beef & 1 pound ground turkey)

I found this pretty interesting.  I'm sure I won't give up the Wendy's chili, but it does make you stop and think.  I used to eat out 3 meals a day on most every day.  Now I eat out maybe 1 -2 times a week at the most.
