L: Homemade Chili, 1/2 oz 2% Velveeta Cheese, 2 saltine crackers
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp sf/ff Cheesecake pudding mix, 1/3 cup NSA Cherry Pie Filling, 4 tbls lite cool whip
S: 1/2 cup chili, 1/2 oz 2% Velveeta Cheese, 2 saltine crackers
I was going to make a pot of White Chicken Chili, but DH wanted regular chili. I love to eat a small Wendy's chili so I was pretty shocked when I calculated 1/2 cup of homemade chili and looked at the difference in the stats. Mine is a lot less calories, fat and more protein.

I found this pretty interesting. I'm sure I won't give up the Wendy's chili, but it does make you stop and think. I used to eat out 3 meals a day on most every day. Now I eat out maybe 1 -2 times a week at the most.
