I've been posting my workouts each day on The DailyMile (www.dailymile.com). I really like it. You can track all kinds of fitness. If you run or walk, you can use the community feature to map routes and share them with others.

It works kind of like FaceBook, where you have "friends". If you sign up, link up with me. Search for "Carlea F".
