What an unexpected WOW/NSV!!!!

I can't stop grinning! On the fourth day of our training workshop on the fourth floor the fire alarm went off. After waiting to see what everyone else was going to do (they were all waiting too) it became apparent that we would have to evacuate. OMG-you can't use elevators during a fire drill.
Guess what? I walked down all four flights with NO problems! Made it outside and realized I wasn't even breathing heavily.
Amazing!!!!! Made my day.

That's a terrific NSV. I went to Kaiser today for my flu shot and walked up and down the three flights and then again in the parking garage. It's such a relief to be able to comfortably go up and down those stairs.

You will be amazed at how your energy picks up the further out you get from surgery. Bravo for you!
