Fitness Challenge - November 12

Okee what's up with this being mid month?? Jeesh...I am not ready for the holidays at all. I guess I better get ready because it'll show up no matter what huh? 

Ok, tonight will be gym rat night. I plan on hitting cardio hard and then pushing some weights. Cindy's post on exercises got me thinking and inspired me to move it tonight.

So what's the plan stan?

30 min jogging 6 miles
15 min of advanced step
15 min strentgh exercises

I am working tonight and it will be a busy one so lots of cardio there.  Our unit is full.   I did a quick 10 minute on demand Denise Austin before I got in the shower.  It really got my heart rate going.

I am going to try to do Zumba in the morning.  It just depends on how tired I am when I get off and can stay up until 10 AM.

Happy Friday!!  :)

I'm having a heck of a time with my back/ankle.  My chiro told me that all of my ankle pain is radiating from my lower back.  He adjusted me on Wednesday night and I was o****il noon on Thursday.  Today I'm out of wack again and just sitting has my ankle throbbing.  Darn!  I am so recovered from my ankle surgery 2 years ago so this just sux.

Walking is tough but I got out on the trail in the hills this morning and walked for 90 minutes so I'm proud of myself.

I did 2 - 15 minute walks for 6,279 steps and 40 leaning push-ups. It was busy today at work and I got stuck in a meeting for 4 hours straight. Near starved for lunch at 2:00.

I went to ballet tonight with my ballet teacher from the first class!  I invited her to join me for this one, and she loved it.
