Menus and Miles Friday Nov. 12th
Protein coffee: We do it a lot of different ways but basically, it is some kind of protein powder mixed with a little water and then added to your decaf or coffee. I like Nectar Latte but sometimes I do whatever chocolate I have on hand also.
No lights here. We are too far out and noone would see them. I do put decoration in the mailbox area.
Drove Poppy but never got to Chili. Will drive him tomorrow and give Poppy the day off.

Hey all,
Very strange day. DH and I totally unexpectedly bought a new to us car today,a VolvoXC90TS,whatever that means,lol. I ended up leaving my car in Wyoming for our son since he neede it worse than I did. DH and I have been sharing his car which has been fine. We knew we would get another one for me at some point just didn't think it would be today!
We spent all day test driving and looking and talking and crunching numbers. Consequently my menu was not as good as it should have been. I had tuna with me but hated to open up a pack of tuna in the car lot,lol. I managed though and got in all my water and vits,so it's all good.
