Friday!!! It's going to be 66 here today. DH and I are going to put our Christmas lights up later. I won't be turning them on but I don't want to be outside doing it when the snow is flying. Enjoy your weekend!!!

L: Baked chicken leg, 1/2 cup green beans
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Hot Dog-no bun, chili??
S: ??
Totals through afternoon snack:
Calories 555, carbs 13, fat 16, protein 92
Vitamins: Morning done
Water: 60 ozs so far

Roz...that's a great idea on setting up the lights. I'd say it's early but really, its not. And why not do it when the weather is nice. Right? I may have to chat with the hubster and see if he wants to do that too.
I've been trying to stave off the crunchy munchy monster and tame it. So I've been settling in the middle right now to wean myself back off. The basics are still in play...
B - Double protein coffee (48g & 128 cal) with splash of sf peppermint syrup.
S - Fiber one all bran cereal dry (2g & 60 cal)
L - dunno yet probably a salad of sorts
S - biscotti (3g & 150 cal)
D - ??
S - protein hot chocolate (25g & 164 cal)
protein: 78g w/o lunch and dinner (goal 100g+)
calories: 502 w/o lunch and dinner (1000'ish is goal)
Vits: on track
Water: 16oz down and 80 to go (96oz minimum)
Miles: gym tonight
