We all have days like that.  I LOVE biscotti!!  I haven't had any since before surgery.  I think my last month before I ate one every single night dipped in hot tea. 

I hope you got it all out of your system and you can move on.

It was a lovely day here and I actually drove both ponies.  I had planned on riding the large pony but couldn't find a girth to fit around her.  She needs a diet and exercise program.

Veteran's Day.     My personal and heartfelt thanks to all the men and women who serve and have served to give us our freedom.  I lived the first 18 years of my life in central Africa within a dictatorship led country.  I do know I'm blessed by living in the USA with the freedoms and greatness we are allowed.  The personal sacrifices given by our service men / women are what holds these blessings and the gift of freedom in democracy in place.  Thank you.

Hi Roz and everyone.
We had a Staff Training Day today.  Catered lunch that was delicious and ofcourse I ate a little of everything!!
