in a very munchy mood right now....
Have a protein bar with that coffee. That saved my butt today at work. We were stressed and I could have eaten popcorn and peanuts constantly but I had a hot herb tea (2 of them actually) and a JayRobb protein bar. Took the white knuckle munchies away.

I say give into it just a little bit. Get something crunchy and full of flavor. It's got to be something that works for you. Cause the more you fight it the more you will want it. OR....get something really rich and delish...like 65% dark caoco chocolate. Dark, rich, sinfully good, good for you and yet fairly low in carbs.

and it doesnt help that i just came off the 5 day pouch test and just lost 4 ounces grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
i didnt even want to go to the gym today but i did it bums u out ya know when u know how hard u work eating, exercising, and u only lose 4 freakin ounces grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
i almost wonder if is this the end for me? i sure hope not. i mean i like the way that i have been looking, but i want to be skinnier can someone please tell me something anythingggggggggg

Just a thought - are you sure you are eating enough??? Sometimes if we change our schedule and eating around for a couple of days and then go back like we were it kind of jump starts it. Maybe you need to go up for a few days and then back down or change your exercise for a few days.
You've done an amazing job so far - don't give up.

i know i have to change something as for eating i thought i was eating ok i dunno i was thinking that last week i was surprised i lost 1.8 pds i didnt think i deserved to i cheated a lil here and there but this past week i did exceptional so im wondering if maybe i will see this weeks results next week? i sure hope sooooo
