Menus and Miles Wed. Nov. 10th
Hi Roz and everyone! I am starting to get into "holiday shopping mode".... I love it, even though I have to budget like crazy and things get so much tighter. But, this year will be so much fun my daughter is understanding the whole concept of Santa and believe me I am using that (Santa's watching you, better be good!")!!! Surprised I am not listening to the Xmas music yet though?!

L: turkey & cheese on wheat sandwich thin w/ some bbq soy crisps
S: cottage cheese w/ pineapple
D: chicken marsala (w/o pasta for me) and garden salad
S: Protein hot cocoa

The 5 yr. old DGD is getting excited and working on her list. DGD #3 will be 3 on Dec. 28th so she is excited about her birthday coming. Her and our DGS probably don't remember much about last year.

I do still use it and really like it. I don't use it as much on the weekends anymore except to time my vitamins because I can't remember when I took them.
I don't know how useful it would be as far out as you are. Your routine is so good and you have maintained so long. If you were having problems it might be more helpful.

last night i ate at an Indian place and was shocked at the fat . Today i was shocked at the scale ( 129) but that was before i went poo-poo . I sure hope my mouth isnt buying a ticket my butt cant cash again...
