Half way to the weekend (didn't I just write that)!!!!!   I was swamped yesterday and didn't get to post but today should be a little lighter schedule so I can catch up.  My miss my LW's when I'm busy!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

L: 1/2 sandwich, snap peas

S: decaf w/ff creamer
D: homemade healthy chicken cordon bleu
S: carrots, skinny cow

Cal: 1043(need to add something), Fat: 19, Carb: 94, Prot: 129

Exercise: Jillian DVD during DS nap this afternoon

It was a stressful afternoon but I made the decision this morning that I wasn't going to take peanuts and crackers to graze on in the afternoon. So, when it got crazy I had 2 hot herb teas and another protein bar. I'm glad I didn't graze today--it felt good!

Did you get my last email about your email account thinking my emails are security risks? lol

I've been thinking I need to take some tea into work with me.  I don't get hungry at work but I always have the urge to have something in my hand and I think tea might just take care of it.

I dunno but the IT guy said you might want to switch email companies since they keep laying off AOL employees left and right. I think he thinks the service is going down hill.

My boss said they just updated the security on our computers yesterday.  Wouldn't that be a hassle to change my e-mail address?  I hate change!

I didn't really stray too much from yesterday's plan. I had a salad with 4oz chicken for lunch and 1/2 cup of ground turkey with sloppy joe mix for dinner...Not sure what will be on the menu today but here are the staples...

B - Protein Gingerbread coffee with whipped cream and sprinkled with nutmeg!! (25g & 117 cal)
S - 4oz cottage cheese topped with raspberries and splenda (13g & 90 cal)
L - shrimp spinach salad and tomato basil soup
S - Pure Protein Bar (20g & 170 cal)
D - ?? thinking of taco casserole 
S - Protein Peppermint Mocha protein shake (25g & 167 cal)

Protein: 83g w/o lunch & dinner (100g+ goal)
Calories: 544 w/o lunch & dinner (1000 goal)

Vitamins: Doing great!! On track
Water: 16oz down (96 oz goal)

Lunch will be at Applebees and I'll pick the pair lunch thingy. I'll have to look up the totals. Dinner...lately I have not really wanted anything to eat but we'll see how it goes tonight.
