My new home gym....

Thats awesome, we are thinking about putting in a larger shed for all my excercise equipment, I have several out in the garage but nowhere to put them, only the eliptical is in the house. Good Luck and have fun with it.

If you can afford it DO IT!  It would be a shame to let all that useful equipment go to waste!

i used to have a pro form treadmill that was my life but when we downsized and moved into a condo the dam thing was just too big so we sold it
i belong to a gym so i go almost every day. my off days i work out on my wii fit which i have fun with too and i run . God Bless ur children especially ur child that is Autistic my daughter works with Autistic children she loves what she does and has had children walk and talk where their parents werent able to
