You are down over 65 lbs, how fantastic!
I get frustrated with eating most times, because I'm not hungry and because it is a pain to keep heating my food up and I do tend to eat too fast most times and get pain and hot flashes when I do.

I'm not handling ground beef or milk too well.
Do you like turkey?

I'm curious about this job of yours, since I will probably be looking for a different job soon.
We are under new management and 5 people have already left.
The new bosses are truly tyrants and I've been trying to cope for over 6 months now.
I use to like coming to work and now I dispise it and get a sick feeling in my stomach every morning that lasts until I go home.  Could be my new pouch ;-)

I'm not down 65 pounds yet.  Still hanging around 40.  Of course, I can't take my scale with me when I travel.  Traveling is helping me with my scale obsession.

I'm doing very well with most foods.  I haven't tried regular milk.  We buy the HEB Mootopia.  It is lower in sugar and lactose free,  Really dense protein or with protein that is high fat don't settle well in my pouch.  I've have roast beef, roast pork, etc  without issue.  I can't handle cooked turkey breast like we'd have a Thanksgiving, but I have no problem with lunch meat.

I'm a human resources manager for a company that partners with retailers and supports private brands.  I support all the accounts in Texas.  I have other corporate responsibilities too.  This month I've had back-to-back leadership classes.  Last week I was coaching senior leaders.  This week is training first level leaders.  Next week is our HR department meeting at the corporate office.  They are keeping me moving this month.

I'm glad you are feeling better this morning.

It is so weird how different people can eat different things.  I still can't eat brocolli - it gets stuck every single time and makes me sick.

I had a hard time with chicken too last night.  Mine didnt come back up, but there was a point where I was wishing it would.  It is really funny how one day something works and the next it does not.

Glas you are feeling better today.

Glad you are feeling better. It must be hard to be on the road.
Take it easy and hope the rest of your trip will be better!
