 Im  a certified personal trainer - i used to train Gary Busey ( gee whiz i know ) , and a few other  character actors U probably never heard of ... ANYWAY 

Id be happy to help  if U want specific exercises  for training specific bodyparts or a whole routine  designed 4 U .... just tell me the machines U  have available to U .  

We DO put on muscle  super - fast so Ull get  great results  I bet !! Cant wait to see ....
