Protein....sheesh what were you thinking

just ordered 12 trial size proteins from the dear Vita-Lady

can't wait to get them

i'm struggling with this intense desire NOT to eat

which sounds great and all

but not when i look at the clock and see its 2:00 and I need to get some protein in me

so i am setting a timer on my phone and chugging down protein its the new me

I'm at 195 and I have a goal of getting to 189 by thanksgiving

Bugger...I thought we were going somewhere today in theme...starting with Jody's comments on olive oil.... Darned it all anyways....

Kewl on ordering your protein samples...you'll find one that works. I believe that for sure!! I think the one thing I learned right out the gate in my preop diet liquid phase was to have fun with the protein drinks. I add stuff that beefs it up in flavor....

Here are some tips/tricks: 

1 - add SF instant pudding mix (1 tblspn) to change flavors...they have cheesecake, butterscotch, etc
2 - add SF syrups (torani, hershy's, anything low sugar)
3 - add frozen fruits or fresh fruits. 
4 - top with SF whipped cream and spices...yummo!!

Don't add it to hot liquid over 130 degrees or it clumps and NEVER ever microwave it unless you want it to talk back to ya...lol 

Again, have fun with it...play around...whoo hoo....
