Hey Roz,

New...hmmm...I've been experimenting too with the hot drinks.  But I get so aggravated when I get the perfect mix and then make it next time and it doesn't taste the same.  Oh well...

DH has upped the protein and is down just shy of 20 pounds.  He's drinking a few protein shakes and even picked up some pure protein bars today to try.  I'm really proud of him and it makes it so much easier for me to stay on track.  Most days he's better than me. lol.

B-protein coffee
L-part of subway club
D-roasted chicken, asparagus or salad
S-protein shake

Not sure on my numbers today, but pretty sure protein is too low and carbs are too HIGH!!  Tomorrow's another day though.

I was traveling again and couldn't find much for lunch so I ended up at Hardee's.  I was going to just get a small hamberger and not eat the bread but right next to that was a low carb burger.  I got one and ate it over 2 meals and having something that really tasted like a burger with lettuce and tomato was wonderful, until I came on here to do my daily totals.  Oh my go****hink the thing had over 400 calories.  Luckily the rest of the day was reasonable.

I took my little pony to a drive today and we won.  I was so proud of him.  If I can find anyone who did pictures, I'll post them.

Hi Roz,
Trying to get in more protein, ordered the sample pk of syntrax nectar and have had a different one every day!So far, I have liked all of them!
