I've been experimenting with warm drinks and I realized that my GNC can be pretty hot and not clump but what a mess I had when I tried to make my Syntrax Lemon Tea hot.

Same old Same old for me. I know I'm such a creature of habit. Work is really stressing me out right now and it is really affecting my eating. It is really hard to get food down because my pouch feels sooo tight. My supper got stuck last night and it took about an hour(and 3 of the enzyme pills) for it to go down. I'm working on lunch now - we will see...

protein coffee with frangelico midafternoon

my food has been pretty great lately . Havent been temptedto overeat except for some candy that hangs around the car for the workers . I try to makeit fat free . I notice THEY dont seem to obsess about it at all whereas i always know where it is and how much is left ....hmmm...
sugar is a baddie for me and it really doesnt taste all that good .... so i needto stop ...
the construction site has been cleared out of all its cast iron radiators old refrigerators and such . I could pay my men handsomely and go grocery shopping , fill my gastank and had a tidy profit left over ! Im really loving this new Ava .. she of the leather jumpsuit ( with a thousand layers underneath) and the patience and COMPETENCE .
Never really realized how much I lost due to overeating ....every single DAY . How much of my personality , my selfrespect my ability to complete things , my energy and health ....
Im getting married in a week. Ive decided its going to be a trial marriage for now . I need him to actually GET the house which he may or may not be able to actually do for me to commit .. also a real prenup and I NEED him to straighten out his debt situation before i consider partnering up with him financially . But we can live together .. see how it goes ... ;)
I think its a good compromise and also a good one in the light of the rapid changes im making in terms of recovery . I may be a different person a year from now and may WANT my freedom.... but it will be a valuable learning experience... one way or the other ...

Woke to a beautiful day here in Chicagoland... amazingly it was going to hit mid 60's with sunshine!!! I've been indoors all day- so not sure how it turned out, but I've loved the sunlight pouring through the window on my shoulders!
today's plan:
B: 2 hb eggs, 1 cheese stick, 1 kiwi (21g)
L: 3oz chicken breast chopped into sautee'd chopped veggies with a light terriayki sauce. (33g)
S: pretzle sticks with cheese stick (7g)
D: Broiled chicken breast, steamed broccoli (35g)
S: not sure yet- will try to get myself to create something with greek yogurt and/or protein drink!
Protein target = 96 + bedtime snack
