I'm a newbie to FB.  I resisted for a long time over privacy concerns.  So now I have my privacy settings high too, and I don't think people can find me.  I think that's ok--I've sort of had people contact me through friends that I don't care to be in contact with.  Maybe it's my age, but I still find it odd to ignore friends requests.

Are you posting info on FB about WLS?  I'm a little reluctant to share all about it on FB.  Many people I've friended don't know because I haven't seen them in 20 years.  I don't mind people knowing, but I don't want to have to explain it all on FB.

I am FB stupid but I love it.  I think most cheerleaders are on FB and I love getting to know them without getting personally involved.

Kimberly, I finally posted it on FB, only because I wanted to. I belong to a support group that is also on FB that I find fun also. I love meeting new people ( even online) and share our experiences or even to just B*t*h about everything. As far as people go for requests, if I didnt like you 20 years ago, I am NOT adding them now. I have also been known to add someone and they tick me off with all the stupid stuff they post and delete them. I have never deleted my WLS friends, only kids from school. Good Luck.
