Menus and Miles Sunday Nov. 7th
Compititions was over last night and I am back home. I walked a ton and had to go up and down stairs lots since the dressing rooms were down and the stage up. One of my girls, that I was Chaperone for won the Miss Teen USA NC. She was wonderful. All of my girls were. I did ok eating but not great. I had asked for all the menus and took food and protein but nothing ever goes as planned. Of course there were things I never have at my house so they were tempting. I did have 3 deritos one night, a bite of bread pudding another night, a potato chip but I stayed away from all the cookies, candy, etc. I seemed to have NO restriction for those 2 days. Thank goodness it is back today. I tried to eat what I thought was my 1/4c of protein and 1/4c of veggies but I'm sure I went over at times. We'll see what the scales say tomorrow
