Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Since working in Vegas all last week, I did mostly protein shakes and small snacks...now the pouch is a bit tighter which is great but frustrating at the same time :) So I know my intake is less than it was but I should have at least gotten in 70 g of protein in shakes...soooooo
Here's todays so far:
B - peppermint mocha protein drink (25g & 167 cal)
S - fiber one all bran cereal (60 cal)
L - ? prob some salad
D - ? meat and veggies
Protein: 25g so far
Calories: 227 so far
Vitamins: 2 doses down and 1 to go
Water: eehh, will work on for sure
Miles: chores, that is about it...

When I'm away I do the same thing. I watch my food intake but I always make sure I have my Protein. As long as I have my shaker cup and Protein there's no excuse not to be able to get it in. Almost anywhere will give you water and ice.

S - 1/2 cup peanuts

S - virgin Cosmopolitan (4 oz diet cranberry juice, juice from 1 lime, 1 packet of Truvia and ice water)
D - steak, sauteed mushrooms and a few bites of taters and another virgin Cosmopolitan

I feel like I'm starving today. I don't know if it's because I was off schedule yesterday or because I ate a BLT at about 11:30 last night on our way home from the comp.
Thanks for reminding me...I need to go tanning. I'm looking kindof blah.

DGD#2 has gone home now and I'm trying to catch up on posts from the weekend.
DH is coming home tomorrow and I'm soooo glad.
We did set our clocks back an hour last night - well I did one of them DH can do the others I would have to climb in a chair to reach most of them!! I didn't get to enjoy the hour this morning because we had a Sunday School council meeting at 8:30.
