I'm confused about the house. I was thinking you and your fiance were buying a house and then another day you mentioned a rental property. Is it for you or to rent out? Whichever it sounds exciting. I would love to remodel our house but I would settle for just painting it.

Brenda Your totals looks Awesome....Hope it works!! IDuring my losing stage, ncreasing my totals through protein and then dropping back usually got my scale moving in the right.

Beautiful day in Nashville today. We went to a horse supply consignment sale today to get some things for the new pony we just got for our grandboys to ride when they visit.
His name is Dairy and he is retired from a kids camp. he is 30 years old and has been with them for 15 years. His teeth are ground down from age and he needs grain and hay twice a day. he is a perfect match for our gboys as he is used to the racket little kids make and doesn't faze him at all. We got him a blanket for cold nites in his stall,a thick saddle pad a nice bridle and a youth saddle! We are very excited he has joined out family.

I think every little kid dreams of having a pony and I think it's awesome that you adopted a retired one. Do you have other horses?

I know I always wanted one when I was little. We had one about 20 years ago,but he was part Arabian and was really too much for us to handle. we found him a new home and Dairy is the first one we have had since the first one and he is our only one,now...though DH is making noises about him needing a friend,lol.
We are partial to older animals and would never buy from a breeder when there are already so many homeless animals dying every day for lack of good homes. We are the guardians and founders of WWW.sevenblessingsanimalsanctuary.org.

I just checked out your website and that's pretty cool. My DH and I are actually in a battle right now because a beautiful cat wondered into our yard and I haven't gotten rid of it. He is extremely allergic and he hasn't even been able to sit on his porch swing because there is cat hair on the cushions. Now that it's getting cooler I don't know what I'm going to do but I can't bring it into the house. I just hate taking it to the shelter but I guess I'm going to have to.
