S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)
S - baby carrots and celery w/ranch dressing dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - virgin Cosmopolitan (4 oz diet cranberry juice, juice from 1 lime, 1 packet of Truvia and ice water)
S - more baby carrots and celery w/ ranch dressing dip
S - tasting the beefy veggie soup
D - beefy veggie soup and 4 multi-grain saltine
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITAMINS:
