S: 1/4 C sf fruit fluff

S: 1/2 protein bar                               18g
S: 1/4 C sf fruit fluff
S: protein coffee                                20g
D: out for mexican

86gm protein before supper.

Working on cutting back on the carbs.  I have been looking back on my past fit day meal plans and think I need to add that second protein drink back in for a total of at least 50g from protein shake/coffee plus 1/2 protein bar which should put me at 68g before food.  I think I'll do this and cut down on the food for most days.
