MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins crackers, wedge of soft cheese and peanuts
D - 1/2 cup chili, fried catfish and a Texas fuzzy peach mixed drink

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
  3 - 15 minute walks and 40 push-ups
