Dead Sea Salt
Hello all, long time since I have posted! I hope everyone is doing well..........
My husband was doing some computer time and came up with Dead Sea Salt for those of us who have had surgery and was feeling our saggy skin. We have ordered it and I am on my 2nd month of 2-3 baths a week with this and just love it! I really don't think it's in my mind...I see such a difference. My skin is smooth, and today I noticed my under arms and legs are looking so much better. Since I am a person who doesn't get a lot of extra exercise from my daily routine of being up and on the go...I believe it's the salt! I also have to say my nails are growing like crazy and are as hard as rocks! (odd for me). My skin is so soft too.....my once hard bottom feet are as smooth as a baby now....I use a scrub sponge in my soak of 20-30 min. And then wash off with warm water.....
My husband also has back issues and has started feeling better with his soaks too.

Exfoliation is super important! I think any salt will do (I just use regular salt, like the same stuff I'd use in my shaker) and I use granulated sugar (since I don't use it for anything else anymore!) and it works beautifully.
I know they make claims about the actual Dead Sea Salt, but I think I've seen great results without spending the $. In fact, I even got a treatment on the banks of the actual Dead Sea, but I can't say it made that much of a difference. :)
